[Resolved]  Irctc — cancellation of tickets

dear sir,

i want to cancell etickets with PNR nO[protected].
but as the id is freezed, i can not do.
kindly cancell the tickets with names-

I booked a ticket on the above PNR [protected], I did not travel and filed a TDR at around 0200 hours. The departure of the train is 0600 hours. I filed TDR because the chart is prepared. I got revert that the status is "repudiate". I would like to know the reason for declining. I did not travel.
Ticket booked for 15th November Journey not able to locate it in the booked history. I need to cancel it.
Please take the corrective actions.

DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT FROM MY PNB ACCOUNT
