cancellation of tickets

Dear sir,

I had a reservation on[protected] with PNR:[protected] for Train NO:12525.I need to catch the train at Kolkata(KAA) at 21:40. But i am Coming from Vijayawada (VJA) with reservation of PNR:[protected] on[protected] but the train was late of 8'0 Hours and it reached Howrha(HWH) at 21:10 on[protected] it took 45mins from HWH station to reach Kolkata(KOK) station. So, I missed the train.

So, Kindly accept the request and refund the Ticket Amount and kindly filed the TDR on this Matter.
