Hi,
I just tried to purchase 2nd Ac tickets. When i entered bank transaction password it was successful but while redirecting to IRCTC it showed service not available.
My amount got deducted but the ticket was not booked.Please let me know if i will receive my amount back and when.

i have booked a ticket in tatkal for mumbai cst from bhubaneshwar and have by mistake made the baording in bhubaneshwar instead of vizinagram.I have to change the boarding from bhubaneshwar to vizinagram.

I am Vinod kumar yadav want to know the procedure to file a complaint against IRCTC about ticket booking, I try to book my ticket for native place ( U.P) ON IRCTC Online but ticket is not available shows wating list 71 in a one minute whole train ticket is book and it is impossible. To book a ticket on counter its take 3 to 4 minute how can not even 1 minute whole train seat book.
I am sending some details which i saved from IRCTC booking sites please check the detail time .

TODAY I HAVE TRIED TO BOOKIED MY TICKET BUT AFTER 1HOUR I DID NOT BOOCKET THE TICKET.AFTER FACHING MUCH OBSTACTION I RECHED THE LAST STAGE AND WHEN I CLIOCK THE PAY BOTTOM(CARD&PIN NO ALREADY BEEN GIVEN ) THEN IT SHOWS SERVICE UNAVALABLE.

3 tickets have been booked with different pnr and trans.id. no. I also from the credit card trail that 3
amounts of Rs.1840 has been debited to my account. Even on an earlier occasion this happened
where the amount was refunded automatically by you.As it has not been done this time I am informing
you to the needful.

Tried to book a ticket for 19 feb 10 and everything was fine till payment gateway but after that when i submitted the card details this message came.

I book one ticket on 15 may 2010 from mumbai to jabalpur ,Train no.2188, Train name jbp Garib Rath dated on 5 june 2010 through irctc railway booking web site but i am not getting any print ticket from irctc railway booking web site please return back my money Rs 598 which is detected though my account ([protected]) and card no[protected]).

Today (27/6/2012) I have booked ticket by irctc.co.in from NZM to DWX. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO BOOK ONE TATKAL TICKET FROM HYB TO TC R SINCE LAST ONE WEEK . I HAVE A GOOD LAP TOP, SPEEDY INTERNET. I GET INTO THE INTERNET WITH DIFFICULT EVEN THOUGH I TRY FROM 10 AM EVERY DAY. IF I TRY TO SIGN IN TO IRCTC, IT BECOMES ONLY POSSIBLE WHEN ALL THE SEATS IN ALL CLASSES BECOME IN WAITING LIST. I would like to draw your attention regarding deficiency in booking ticket i checked the reservation status at 9:30am at that time in "MAHANAGARI EXPRESS" ( from BSB TO LTT) its shows 270 tickets are left but atfer getting login exact 10am its shows all the tickets exhausted, i just want to know within a minute what happen to all the ticket means for a normal person to buy ticket online its to difficult but to get ticket then we have to find the agent because without agent to get ticket in this advance world becoming very difficult day by day. So please take my words personally and do the needfull.

Sir, I booked my 3 tickets of Jammu Tawi Express, Train number 13151 :- From Dakhineshwar (DAKE) to Kumardubi(KMME). Money is credited from SBI Bank, an amount of Rs.502 but no SMS recieved in mobile no. [protected] neither any booking history was found in My Transaction.
