[Resolved] Irctc — Not getting Mobile Verification Password

Dear Sir, Whenever I was opening the irctc for tkt booking, it was showing update your profile. It was not accepting my old Mobile no(Showing this mobile no is already registered) so forcefully I have to enter the new mobile no. Now I am still waiting (from last five days) for the Mobile Verification Password for my login (rksharma28). I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in 8 times and made calls to there Customer care twice. They promised me they will reply within 24-48 hrs. But I didn't received any reply. What to do? I have to start my journey today as well as take the printouts and cancel some tkts. I have no option left. Please help me..... Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (0)

Dear Sir, My IRCTC login id is HONEY0804, but now I am not access my account due to non avaibility of mobile verification code. I contacted with customer care also today, they replied that my mobile verification will be get in 2-3 days but over net shows that mobile verification code delivered successfully but I could not get verification code. When i select the Forget Password then question is raised from IRCTC end " Who was your childhood hero?"

Dear sir,
I have registered my name in IRCTC last 6 days.I have got my user id & password, but I not getting my actual mobile verification password, because I resend repeatedly 6 or 7 times for getting mobile verification password. Then I got 2 SMS of mobile verification password, but it is not working properly. my user id is rkecdrid & my password is rph526. So sir please send the actual mobile verification password in my mobile. Then I shall have grateful to you.

I tried signing up for IRCTC account. i filled in all the details and submitted the form and got a message saying my mobile number is already registered. To my knowledge this is the first time i am creating an account for IRCTC and have been using this number for the past one year.
