[Resolved] Irctc — Unable to retrieve Booked Tickets | |
To General Manager/Operations, Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation, 9th Floor, Bank of Baroda Building, 16 Parliament Street, New Delhi - 110 001. I have an issue in the website where I cannot access my booked tickets. It shows Unable to Retrieve Due to Communication Failure. I have called up IRCTC help desk lot of times and still do not have the issue resolved. They advised few steps which I followed, but of no use. Still it shows the same problem. I spoke to one Mr. Chetan Anand, who was supposed to get back to me with the solution. But till date nobody has resolved it. Can you please look into this. Refund of cancelled ticket not received
PNR : [protected] ; I got these tickets cancelled on 3-9-13 . But I have not so far received the refund of Rs.2975/- into my credit card account from which I purchased the tickets..TAKTAL TICKET SHOWING I CANT BOOK MORE THAN 2 TCKTS EVEN IF I DINT DO A SINGLE TICKET TILL NOW
the irctc website is showing i cant book more than two tickets even i dint book a single tickettrain information
train no 08034 anvt to src no running status show in internet i call to 139 is saying i dont know this traintest

Dear Sir/ Madam, Would you pl. give the booking statement of PNR No. [protected]. As I have paid the full amount during booking but again Rs. 55 deducted from my account. Pl. state the reason why...???????? Thanks.
