It has been almost 2 year and 5 month and i have sent 10-20 email but all the time i heard that it is in progresss.
Pls let me know the process to complain in higher othority or tell me the process to clain it through consumer forum.
I think this is not the way to treate With Customer. Tell me the time duration when this issue can be solved and i get my money.
