dear i booked a ticket through irctc on date of 30/07/2011 of journey date is -19/08/2011 but some personal reason i am not traveled on this train . i want to cancelled this ticked on date of 18/08/2011 but on irctc site not give me a option to cancelled this ticket so i filed TDR . Reason For TDR: Cancellation not allowed Chart prepared on originating/prev. remote location. and i talk to irctc customer care officer he said your money will back in next 90 days but till date i have not receive my money .
