IRCTC not working and we are unable to book ticktes.... its been happening every day for me..... please do something.. its displying as " INTERNET EXPLORER CANNOT DISPLY THE WEB PAGE"

Sir/Madam,
I could not even login into IRCTC site and could not book the ticket as well. I tried to book the ticket. It deducted the money from my account and it is not booking the ticket.

Please help me to book the ticket and refund the money to my account for failure transactions.

Dear Sir,

Since past one week IRCTC online reservation internet page was not working. after clicking two or three times refresh button then page slowly getting open but it was not going next step it's showing Service Unavailable message. Due to this issue we were unable to book any tickets using this site.

We hope after getting you this complaint this problem will be revert.

IRCTC has become worst not able to book tickets ...I am trying to book ticket on
3 aug its now 31 july, , , the booking system reverts back to 31 july automatically
since it is an government sector all these things will take months to correct ..

It is again worst experiene with IRCTC.Our honourable minister had ordered to block 1.4 agent users login.For few days we were able to book tikets in morning but now again same probm is happening in morning server not responding for common people.
This is really very bad and irctc not following the rules set my government of india.I request some higher authority to see this issue

Of late it has become difficult to log into the IRCTC site for ticket booking. It is fine at late hours or very early in the morning. Rest if the day it is very difficult to connect and if by God's Grace you are successful, your happiness is short lived. Made complaints no use.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am unable to open the IRCTC site for login from my lap top whereas all other sites are opening. Moreover, at the same time I am able to open the IRCTC site from other laptops or desktops sharing the same network/ ISP connection. Therefore, I think the problem is with my laptop or its security/ firewall setting or could be due to blockage of this particular site by some virus (?).

Please advise me how to solve this problem.

sir,
In my lap top it is not possible to book the on line tickets as during the time of booking till the details of passengers it is ok, but while entering the text image it is showing not matching .
Please advise me how to solve this problem
