Dear sir,
This is to state that I had tried to booked ticket through IRCTC.CO.IN website but trasaction failed and could not get complete and showed message that bank could not make payment . Although my bank account was debited but ticket did not get booked. The details are as follows :

IRCTC — didn't get refund amount

SIR,
I am RAJITH.R.S.i cancelled two tickets on 22nd june pnr no [protected](trans id
[protected]) & [protected] (trans id [protected]) ...i didnt get the
refund amount in my account yet..i used visa debit card for purchase the e ticket.my refund status showing refunded..and i didnt get the amount et
I have booked a ticket from salem jn to warangal on sunday, for some reasons the transaction has failed and the money has been deducted form my account..
after mailing to the IRCTC authorities, they immediately reacted on the second day and i got a mail that the money has been settled(debited back in my account).When i checked my account the money was not debited.I paid the money through GATEWAY2 CITIBANK---other debit/credit cards.

Help me out.I have been tired of mailing to the irctc authorities.

I booked three tickets in two transactions from chandigarh to kalka on 29/01/2011ON THE INTERNET in 12311 kalka mail but all the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. IRCTC — refund not received after the failed transaction

i was booking the ticket from panvel to payyanur on 27 Jan 2011 in the train VRL TVC EXPRESS, NO 16333.But due to some technical problem the transation was not complete.I have lost money from my SBI account RS 385.The money was not yet refuned.The transation ID is [protected].

i also have same problem my transaction id [protected], when i was @ last page of making ticket, it shows ur session expired & money was deduct frm my a/c, this is not our fault it is IRCTC website conjuction problem only god help they dont help u anyway.they have recorded answer of every type problem which sends to us.

today morning i was trying to book eticket from irctc online service www.irctc.co.in
my user id is sranjan87,pnr no-0,transaction id-[protected],train no-13246,capital express and was from patna to new jalpaiguri.after makin payment i was waiting for ticket details but suddenly page disappeared and started showing error loading page when processing was in progress.now problem is that my transaction history showing this as failed transaction and also payment not received from bank where as my bank statment is showing Rs 1158 has been deducted.also irctc is showing that settlelment is being requested.please forward this complain to irctc so that i could get back my money.anybody having similar prob pls tell me if i would get my money or not.
