Irctc — illegal amount of drinking water

I was travelling in geetanjali super fast exp seat number S4/10
pnr number[protected] dated 26 th may 11. i purchased a mineral water whose mrp is 12/ but the pantry boy charged me rs 15. when asked for the illegal act he said complain anybody.
I went to the pantry manager he said i have seen many like you and said dekhte hai kaun kya ukharta hai.
his name is soni and the pantry boy name is satish kumar
if this is the system india is looking forward then thenk you very much and all the best to my country INDIA
