Sir/Madam,
I booked a ticket for my mother in law in train no - 12397 from Gaya to Delhi dated - 27 July 2013. Journey date was 31st July 2013 in 3 tier A/C , PNR no : [protected] . At the time of booking , ticket status was RAC 8. On our journey date when we reached to the station, we came to know that after chart preparation our ticket status changed from RAC to waiting. As it was e-ticket, we were told that ticket will get automatic cancelled. we had an emergency to reach to Delhi, so we booked a tatkal ticket for next day.
Till Today, I have not received my money back for the 31st July ticket. So I had the loss of: my one day + taxi fare from my home to railway station + Ticket charge of 1132/- + tatkal ticket charge of next day.
Please help me.

I have booked three and half tickets in train no.12728 (SC to RJY) yesterday for journey on 27.5.2014 and the amount debited to my bank account Rs.1027 (Rs.1016.24 ticket cost Plus bank charges). The ID no. [protected]. But ticket not generated. When I checked booked tickets it is not there. I have checked status of failed tickets refunds. I found the above ID no. and noted as "amount not received from bank"-refund requested.
Again I booked tickets for the same persons in the same train for the same date. Again the same amount was debited and ticket generated. The details of ticket is: PNR [protected] and ID No.[protected]. Hence I request you to kindly arrange to refund the cost of ticket booked FIRST TIME.
