IRCTC-Online Booking - No use

Dear All,

The online booking system of IRCTC if getting worst and worst and of NO USE. In the morning at the time of tatkal booking it never opens.
This all seems to be planned frauds against public to give benefit to BROKERS.

true.. even i cud nt log-in at 8am for a tatkal ticket

It reall seems that it is meant only for the conveniance of BROKERS not for Public and Authorities are sleepling on this instead of taking action...

Can some one do something so that this message reaches to the appropriate authorities for taking action by them so that the system can change to make IRCTC a customer friendly website... rather that a broker friendly website
