[Resolved] Irctc — PAYMENT OPTION | |||
irctc mobile booking :- at the time of payment irctc shows only one bank Citi Bank. Why ? if i have other internet banking option then what to do ? when i approched to customercare then they said that you need to account with citi bank. it is not fair. how it can be possible to everyone to open bank account with citi bank. i request to add all bank which is available at the time of booking through pc internet. secondly how many time is decided to refund failed transaction amt & canceld tckt ? regards [protected]@yahoo.com Was this information helpful? | |||
