I haven't received the money yet to my account.

IRCTC — Not refund cancelled train booking amount

PNR Number: [protected] Transaction ID: [protected] Booked On: 5-6-2010 Date Of Journey: 12/6/2010 From Station: TATANAGAR JN(TATA) To Station: HOWRAH JN(HWH) Reason For TDR: Train Cancelled. TDR Filing Date: 22-Jun-2010 IRCTC explanation train was not cancelled. But this train was cancelled from tatanagar in same day.

IRCTC — Refunds for Cancelled Tickets

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Pritam Jain. I raised a TDR with Indian Railways for refund of my partially traveled PNR with Reference to PNR No:[protected]. As per the TDR department - the refund is not admissible as informed to them by Railways. They have requested me to contact the on[protected]. But there is no answer on the above mentioned phone number. Also I contacted their email [protected]@irctc.co.in and got the following response

"Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note your PNR No. [protected] has been Regreted by Railways saying that "Failed to collect TDR/TTE s CertificateFILE NO: 641/Y/58523 /2011-12/E8 "

Can you please look into the below and raise it with the concerned authorities?

IRCTC — Waiting list ticket amount not credited

HI,

On 26 of jan i had booked ticket which was in waiting list and did not get confirmed.

[protected]-transaction id ad PNR [protected](WL CANCELLATION),but still the amount has not been credited into my account..

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Parthiban. I was trying to book 3 Tatkal SL tickets through IRCTC portal on[protected] for journey on[protected] from Chennai (MS) to thiruchirappalli (TPJ) in train no. 16127 / MS GURUVAYUR EX and amount was deducted from my account but ticket and PNR no was not generated.
I am attaching herewith the screenshot of my bank statement showing the deduction and IRCTC portal showing failed Transaction. I have not received any refund till now.

I cheeked in my IRCTC account and it is showing amount refunded status on 18th Oct 2018 for this ticket but I have not received amount back to my bank account.
