I booked one TATKAL ticket from Secunderabad to Jabalpur(Train no 12791) on 25/06/2012 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 1420/- was, however, debited to my ICICI account . Their Failed transaction ID is- 0517408832 dated 26/06/2012.
So please do the refund to my respective account .
I tried to book 2 2nd AC tickets from Guwahati to TVC on 8.5.11 in train no.12516 vide Transaction ID.0339382100, but the transaction has been failed and an amount of Rs.4798.00 has been deducted from my SB account No. 11585586405 and the said amount has not yet been refunded to my account. non refund of amount after transaction failure in internet banking - State Bank of India
I am A/c holder of State bank of india , in Rajasthan , sirohi District Branch Code 7395 , My Account no. is 11146967583 . I am using all trasaction through internet banking including rly ticket booking. on 8 th June I had transfered money by using inter bank transfer to my friend Mr Jagdish D nameria who is a/c holder of Icici A/c no 001201513217, jaipur branch. I had transfered one thousand rupees and got the reference no. IR08121378. and shown that Debit status failure but the amount was credit to my a/c . Till date the amount was not refunded . I had contacted my bank. They told me that we are unable to refund the money if it is internet bank transcation. I am unable known to whom i had to contact so that my money will be refunded. Can anybody will help me in this regard or give me the mobile to whom I had to contact for refund of the money.

I booked two tickets from Hyderabad to Nagpur on 03/07/2011 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. On sending email to IRCTC they advised having sent the instructions to Andhra Bank for refund of the amount with the settlement ID No. 201107046513565 and receipt number 000109927581. But the refund amount has not yet been credited to my account despite repeated reminders to IRCTC. I have also been debited a sum of Rs. 12.38p on account of Railway transaction fee. Complete makeover required for IRCTC online reservation website. it just does not have the capacity to work at the time of peak hours, especially 0800 hrs to 1000 hrs in the monrning.
The moment Tatkal options gets started whole website goes for a toss. Today again the same problem.
Why is some action not being taken agaisnt the people who are responsible for this. Need immediate rectification , else Agents will make best use of it and common man will be the one to suffer as always.
