I booked one TATKAL ticket from Secunderabad to Jabalpur(Train no 12791) on 25/06/2012 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 1420/- was, however, debited to my ICICI account . Their Failed transaction ID is- 0517408832 dated 26/06/2012.

So please do the refund to my respective account .

failure of ticket booking after transaction of money - IRCTC

sir, i have booked a ticket in irctc website for what ihave been charged a sum of rupees 200/- while the ticket was not at all booked and i had used sbi debit card for the transaction.

Dear Sir,
I tried to book 2 2nd AC tickets from Guwahati to TVC on 8.5.11 in train no.12516 vide Transaction ID.0339382100, but the transaction has been failed and an amount of Rs.4798.00 has been deducted from my SB account No. 11585586405 and the said amount has not yet been refunded to my account. Kindly arrange to refund the amount to my account at an early date.

I booked one SLEEPER[GENERAL] ticket from Bhimavaram Town(BVRT) to Chennai Egmore(MS) on 08-JUN-2011.After given passenger details and bank details transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 249/- was, however, debited to my HDFC account .Pls look over my failed transaction details and do return my amount as earlier you can.

non refund of amount after transaction failure in internet banking - State Bank of India

Sir ,
I am A/c holder of State bank of india , in Rajasthan , sirohi District Branch Code 7395 , My Account no. is 11146967583 . I am using all trasaction through internet banking including rly ticket booking. on 8 th June I had transfered money by using inter bank transfer to my friend Mr Jagdish D nameria who is a/c holder of Icici A/c no 001201513217, jaipur branch. I had transfered one thousand rupees and got the reference no. IR08121378. and shown that Debit status failure but the amount was credit to my a/c . Till date the amount was not refunded . I had contacted my bank. They told me that we are unable to refund the money if it is internet bank transcation. I am unable known to whom i had to contact so that my money will be refunded. Can anybody will help me in this regard or give me the mobile to whom I had to contact for refund of the money.

I booked one ticket from Chennai Central to Whitefield on 22-06-2011 for journey date-11-07-2011 on the internet but the transaction failed due to system failure at the IRCTC website. Though amount of Rs. 174/- was however debited from my SBI account. Their Failed transaction ID is- 0355420152 dated 22-06-2011

The refund amount has not yet been credited to my account. Kindly help me to get refund of Rs 174.00 .

refund of money for which reservation is not done - IRCTC

i booking e-ticket twice on 07 july 11 and at last stage the server got hanged they took the money but their was no information of if the ticket has been created or not.From my sbi debit card XXXXXXX0037 money detected rs 925 & 925 last once again i tried to book ticked it got booked . third time my ticket was booked.

I hv till now found credits of amount of following Failed Transactions in my Bank account.

I booked two tickets from Hyderabad to Nagpur on 03/07/2011 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 668/- was, however, debited to my Andhra Bank card account No. 0207-7100-1101-5907. Their Failed transaction ID is- 0359388626 dated 03/07/2011

On sending email to IRCTC they advised having sent the instructions to Andhra Bank for refund of the amount with the settlement ID No. 201107046513565 and receipt number 000109927581. But the refund amount has not yet been credited to my account despite repeated reminders to IRCTC. I have also been debited a sum of Rs. 12.38p on account of Railway transaction fee. Kindly help me to get refund of Rs. 668/-+12.38p.

Failed Transaction - Indian Railway, IRCTC, Ticket booking

I was trying to book the railway ticket online through, but after deducting money from bank, The transcation got failed, It happens almost every time, With me four times in last two days.
The service from the IRCTC is not satisfactory & not reliable.

Today(02/09/2011), I Tried To Book A Tickets Using IRCTC Web Portal. But Due To Some Issues, The Ticket Didnt Get Booked. The Site Redirected To A Page That Displays

When I Checked The Booked History The Ticket Was Not Booked, Yet To My Surprise The Money Was Deducted From My Bank Account.
I Need The Refund Of Money Which Was Debited Inspite Of Failed Transaction. Please Suggest How To Proceed Further.

Regarding refund of money for failed transaction on - State Bank of India

I am a saving account holder of Alipore Branch of your good bank having account number
30285508651.While booking a ticket on 01.09.11 from unfortunately the transaction failed.
But a sum of Rs958 was deducted from my account .On my irctc account the status is showing that money is refunded but i am still to get that deducted money in my account.My ATM CUM DEBIT card no is 6220180000400109773.
I,therefore,request to look into the matter.

IRCTC - online reservation - Indian Railways

Complete makeover required for IRCTC online reservation website. it just does not have the capacity to work at the time of peak hours, especially 0800 hrs to 1000 hrs in the monrning.

The moment Tatkal options gets started whole website goes for a toss. Today again the same problem.

Why is some action not being taken agaisnt the people who are responsible for this. Need immediate rectification , else Agents will make best use of it and common man will be the one to suffer as always.
