We wish to bring your kind notice that I have booked eticket from my personal IRCTC user id dpkbisht01 from Dehradun to New Delhi on 13th July 2013. By mistake, I have select the general quota not tatkal. So, Due to this my account is debited two times with Rs 824.94.The details of transaction is given below:

As regards the proofs of not travelled asked by you let me request you to refer to the content of my mail dated 28th Nov 2013 wherein I have clearly mentioned that the passenger(My son) went to avail the train but due to inordinate delay he returned back and did not travel as his purpose of visit was shattered. 1- Refer PNR No.- [protected] booked for return journey for the same passenger(My son) on 16th Oct had to be cancelled as he did not travel to New Delhi.
2- Please note that both tickets were booked from my IRCTC portal on the same date.
3- The passenger is an Artist and was supposed to attend the innauguration of an Art Exhibition at AIFACS, New Delhi on 15th October where his paintings were displayed. The said train if at all reached destination must have reached after 15th morning. It is obvious that there was no point travelling as he had planned his tour solely for this purpose.
4- The inordinate delay of departure of the said train of 13th Oct (Probably departed on 14th Oct) compelled him to cancel his return joruney ticket PNR No.- [protected] on 14th Oct as he did not travel at all.
5- My son is a Teacher in DPS, Damanjodi. He was on Durgapuja Holidays at Cuttack. He went to Damanjodi by Hirakhand Express on 21st Oct vide PNR No-[protected] booked from my portal. So no proof of presence in office can be provided.

Now I am sure you will understand that none of the proofs you have asked for are applicable and cannot be provided and cancellation of return journey ticket of the same passenger is a proof sufficient enough for processing the TDR.

It is really unfortunate that you not only post misleading information about train running status and run the train with 6 to12 hours delaybut also create absurd records of passengers travelling although they have not alighted the train at all.

For TDR filed on 04 Sep 14, I didn’t have got refund till now. I have sent mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@irctc.co.in with regard to this and also had intimated to “The Executive, IRCTC” by fax but there has been no action till now. Request intervention of yours in this matter for its resolution. I’ll be highly obliged to you for my help.

TDR repudiate against PNR no [protected] as mentioned that passenger travelled.
It is totally wrong because train late more than 3 hours we have filed TDR and passenger travelled on same date 18/08/2018 in Grand trunk Exp(12615), ticket attached for your kind reference.
so it is requested that kindly refund full amount for the same.
