IRCTC I-ticket faulty server booking I tried to book ticket with IRCTC on 22 Sept 2011. I had a tour plan and booked two tickets it was successful. When I tried to book final return journey tickets back home, the same confirmation menu from Indian overseas bank site appeared and payment id was flashed. . Today morning when I checked booked tickets status, I could not see the last ticket. I got tensed up and checked bank statement, and it showed the amount as being debited on 22nd September, 2011. Then I checked with mail status of tickets booked in my email ID, I did not get any email status. As usual I called up call centre with poor response. And mailed customer again poor response. Yes this is happening and it happened with me as well today(18-Feb-2011). Tried to book a ticket for 7st Apr 2010 and everything was fine till payment gateway but after that when i submitted the card details this message came.

I was booking a tatkal ticket from Kanpur to Meerut city by train 14163 Sangam Exp. on 10 May 2011 at 8:13 AM. Problem occurred at the click of final pay option on payment gateway page.
I tried twice and both the time same problem I faced. After clicking on final pay option i was getting following message "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" on a new page...
please help me to know is my ticket get booked or cancelled, In case if ticket get cancelled, will it deduct my account balance or not.

I was booking yesterday 02 e-tickets for CHAMANLAL BISHT to traval from NCB (New Coochbehar) to NDLS (New Delhi) on[protected] Tranin No.22423 (GHY Rajdhani Exp) AC- 3 Tier boarding on[protected] and another e-tickets for CHAMANLAL BISHT to traval from NCB to NDLS AC-2 Tier boarding on[protected] Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.
This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

So if you find similar error like above just go for another transaction all the incomplete transaction money will be refunded.
