IRCTC I-ticket faulty server booking
I tried to book ticket with IRCTC on 22 Sept 2011. I had a tour plan and booked two tickets it was successful. When I tried to book final return journey tickets back home, the same confirmation menu from Indian overseas bank site appeared and payment id was flashed. . Today morning when I checked booked tickets status, I could not see the last ticket. I got tensed up and checked bank statement, and it showed the amount as being debited on 22nd September, 2011. Then I checked with mail status of tickets booked in my email ID, I did not get any email status. As usual I called up call centre with poor response. And mailed customer again poor response.

Amount involved Rs558
Bank statement Ref: VIDS[protected][protected]

kindly see that i will receive my payment back

i was booking rail ticket and while payment after i entered all my card details i got this message.

my balance got deducted from my sbi debit card but i didnt get my ticket done.can u please help me getting my money back.

I tried to Book My Friends Thatkal Ticket from Patna to chandrapur on 25/02/2012. And after the Cash Payement i Got This, Please Guide mre what i should do,

tried to book a ticket for 3rd march 2012 and everything was fine till payment gateway but after that when i submitted the card details this message came

We booked and paid via our SBI Credit card no.[protected]. to day at about 8.30 pm. for travel From VISAKHAPATNAM to TIRUPATI Egmore by TIRUMALA Express on 18th March 2012 via Login account. today i was booking e-ticket and at last stage the server got hanged they took the money but their was no information of if the ticket has been created or not..
it just said transaction failed..
its their responsibility to return money as soon as possibl the bank statment an amount of Rs.584.00 has been deducted. Kindly arrange issue the ticket via e-mail. my e mailid:naidu.[protected]@gmail.com

I booked and paid via our SBI Credit card no.xxxx xxxx xxxx 3621. today at about 4:00 pm. for travel From NZM to Agra by Taj Express on 1st March 2012 via Login account sivablue.I have not received the print out of the ticket and while viewing the bank statment an amount of Rs.85 has been debited. Kindly arrange issue the ticket via e-mail.

I AM TRYING TO BOOK MY TICKET... BUT AFTER MAKING PAYMENT, I CAN'T GET THE RESULT AS CONFIRMED...

I like to confirm the ticket is booked or not...
When I paid the amount through SBI bank account no 0323xxxxxx2551 and clicked on the confirm, it expired the page with the error

When I paid the amount through HDFC bank account no 31166XXX829 and clicked on the confirm, it expired the page with the error

Very strange the amount is withdrawn from the bank but the in the booking histroy it says that the amount is not received from the bank.

On 23/03/2012 I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 16723
ANANTHAPURI EXP from CHENNAI to NAGERCOIL boarding on 24/03/2012 for Josy & Riswin Joe. Unfortunately after the payment was made throughINDIAN BANK ATM cum DEBIT card payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.The money ( Rs 600 ) has already been debited from my acc.but i have not received ticket confirmation

I request IRCTC to help me at the earliest with the ticket . If not, the same amount may please be refunded.
