[Resolved]  IRCTC / Shubh Yatra — NON RECEIPT OF MEMBERSHIP CARD

I HAVE APPLIED FOR IRCTC SHUBHYATRA CARD ON 31/7/08 AND PAID THE FEES ON THE SAME DAY THROUGH CREDIT CARD.BUT FAIL GET THE CARD TILL DATE.
ITS NOW ONE MONTH FROM DATE I APPLIED.
AS PER THEM CARD SHOULD REACHED APPLICANT WITHIN 14 DAYS.
WHEN I HAVE SENT MAIL TO [protected]@irctc.co.in THEY ARE ASKING ME TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER CARE 39021212 AND WHEN I SPOKE TO THEM THEY ARE ASKING ME TO MAIL TO [protected]@irctc.co.in.SO IT HAS BECOME A VICIOUS CIRCLE.
PLEASE HELP.

I have SBI railway credit card, please send me subhayatra.irctc user ID and password so I book my ticket. My Shubh yatra cord No. is [protected].
I have SBI railway credit card, Pls suggest to me how can use this card for online ticket booking. Beacuse when i am use this card for ticket booking. Than this card is not showing in credit card option. So pls help me.

As per instruction displayed on IRCTC.Co.in regarding Subh Yatra Card I applied in believe of this is provided by Railway so this card will come on time but after applying I feel that this is very wrong understanding because after 15.06.2012 I only got membership No. and no any subh yatra Card on enquiry on provided customer care nos they told only to phone on another no. on that no. they told that we are providing cards from sbi cards so track on that. this is very miserable condition of a public sector organization that no body taking care of customer. After deduction of fee this is customers right to ask about services. We are very sorry to say that railway department not taking care of customer and only deducting the fee. My Subh Yatra Cards Details are given below :

For Shubhyatra User who does not received the card within 01 month from the date of application then kindly call on the Help line nos. at[protected] and [protected] for the MTNL and BSNL phone users) or sent email to head.[protected]@ge.com or irctc.[protected]@ge.com or services.[protected]@ge.com or feedback.[protected]@ge.com and for rest of the queries email at [protected]@irctc.co.in.

We are planning to raise this matter to higher management of Railway Department because this is very bad for a good organization like railway.

Please take necessary action to improve otherwise customer feel very badly.
