[Resolved] Irctc — PAYMENT DEDUCTED BUT TICKET NOT RECEIVED | |||
Dear irctc I have booked a ticket through irctc.co.in at 09:20 pm on 14th feb. 2012 in Train No -19707/19708, Aravali EXPRESS through HDFC banking though net banking facility. Date of journey is 15th April 2012. the total fare of Rs 344.00 has been deducted from my HDFC bank account but no ticket was shown in booked history. payment is deducted from my bank account . so kindly credit the amount back in my account.It was writton that Your session has expired."we Were Trying To Use HDFC payment mode And The Transaction CouldNot Proceed Due To tran not permitted. It was failed. please refund the amount of rs.344. Tranjaction no-[protected] your earliest action regarding this matter would be higly appreciated regards, thank you.
