Irctc — booked different birth

sir/madam,
i booked five ticket(4 female and 1 male) from gkp to lko on 8/6/2011. which transaction id and pnr are [protected] & [protected] respectively. During booking i was demand for UB, LB, MB. But after payment(Rs 720) i have got 5 SB with different section. lastly i cancelled these five ticket because it is very difficult to accommodate four ladies with different section of SB. And deducted 200 Rs from my account.
therefor, i request to irctc, i[censored] are unable to providing the demand birth then plz do'nt book the ticket and request to return my 200 Rs.
