IRCTC.co.in — reimbursement for air ticket

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that,I had booked ait ticket for Dr
B.Leelavathy on 16/10,for date 28/10 and 30th.I had given her mobile
no.[protected] and I.d.[protected]@rediffmail.com
But till next day,i.e.on 17th ,when Dr had not recieved any sms and
mail,I had call in customer care.As per them,because of some
error,your ticket is not booked and your money will be refunded in 2
days,but in creadit card statement which,I have recieved
on 24th/nov/10,sill that amount was showing.
So kindly lookinto it and do the needfull.
