IRCTC.co.in — Ticket fare not refunded but status comes as refunded

hello, I booked banglore mail on april 15 2011 on tatkal but it wasn't reserved but i paid the money.

Then after 2 days, in Refund status of failed transaction it comes as Settlement Processed.
But my bank says it wasn't credited.
