[Resolved]  IRCTC.co.in — FAILED PAYMENT REFUND

tried to book a ticket through www.irctc.co.in.(Payment gateway - ICICI Bank) Once the transaction got over, it showed that Rs.4732 Rs deducted from the account and we are transfering the info to IRCTC..pls wait.!!..I dint click refresh button or back button, and the net which i'm using is also quite faster only. The page remained like that for a long time and it showed session expired (IRCTC). When i checked my balance it shows that the amount is cut frm my acount and the tikt is not booked.In the IRCTC website its showing that payment not received from bank.
7. The SBI transaction No. is ISB2127625, SB2132450. Kindly help me to refund the amount

When i checked my balance it shows that the amount is cut frm my account and the ticket is not booked.In the IRCTC website.The transaction ID in IRCTC is [protected] Date- 09/06/2011. The HDFC transaction No. is[protected]. Kindly help me to refund the amount

Same Process in my ticket booking also, that I booked 2 tickets for my friends from Neyyattinkara to Madurai Jn. After Booking it goes through the Payment Window, I selected the SBI Associate Bank (SBT) and entered the online transaction Rs: 198, a few minutes after making the payment, an error message found on the screen " Your Session Expired", and then I check the Bank Statement, the amount deducted from my account.

I had tried to book a ticket for 22.1.2013 from Raipur to Vishakhapattnam on 30.11.2012 but on SBI gateway the transaction has failed and my account has already been debited by Rs. 1296.00. Today while checking the status of failed transaction on IRCTC site, it shows that payment has been settled but the same has not yet been credited to my account. The Transaction ID is [protected] and the SBI tr. ID is[protected], . Kindly look into the matter.CSKANDPAL, LUCKNOW.
