[Resolved] IRCTC/online Ticket Booking — Debited extra money from my account after one day of booking | |||
I booked two ticket on 25 may of 2010 through internet banking using SBI accont,the ticket charges will deducted from my account.But after one day i.e. on 26 may 2010 again Rs 10 is deducted twice total Rs 20 is deducted from account showing "Commission of IG[protected]" and "Commission of IG22109660". I booked a ticket on 3rd Feb of 2011 through internet banking using SBI account, the ticket charges were deducted from my account at same the time and on 4th Feb 2011.
But after one day i.e. 06th Feb 2011 again Rs 532 was deducted from my account in the same date 3rd Feb 2011.
Refund my money as possible as and do provide me the details amount the deduction of the amount after one day for the transaction made a day earlier. Why its happened?
Details of the deducted amount from my SBI account is given below..

i also have facing this type of problem. one thing to ask this is gov rule or not. this rule is applying all the ticket bookers.
the same thing for me...the problem is SBI INTERNET BANKING...i think no problem with the ATM/DEBIT card...
