The above contract is with 1 year guarantee and contract for the termite treatment.
Today on 24-03-2012 just in 6 months, I have observed the termite attack in the kitchen. I informed to the Ahmedabad office and after your officials/workers visit to my address, it was found that all the kitchen furniture is eaten-up from inside by the termite attack. I have the photographs of the damages caused that I can send to you.

I have to completely replace the furniture. This has happened because of the bad workmanship and use of substandard pesticide during the treatment in the month of Sept-2011, which was brought to your notice immediately on the same day by me on your website. You may check your webcomplaint records for 23-24 Sept 2011.
Because of your substandard work, I am today required to replace the kitchen furniture and thus hereby apply to you for re-imbursement of the same.
For the same problem, I am put to lots of inconveniences in terms of time and household work which can not be accounted for.
It is required to do the needful at the earliest to assess, account and compensate my above losses.
