I e-filed ITR1 on 27.2.2013, which was duly acknowledged with No.[protected], CPC/1213/G4/66255766, the refund amount being Rs.22,470/-. In the month of May i received SMS to the effect that refund voucher was sent to my e-mail ID and refund amount would be sent to my residence. But neither the refund voucher was sent to my e-mail/res. address nor the amount credited to my bank account. Though I sent several requests to IT Dept. in this regard I have not succeeded in getting the amount or refund voucher.
Contact nos.[protected] or [protected] are defective all the time, difficult to get and even after feeding the correct information, it always replied with íncorrect'' information. Would you please help me in getting the refund at my residence. Even though i have given my present & permanent address, i.e. 193, Sunview Apartment, Plot No.10B, Sector 9, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075, refund status showed that refund voucher returned undelivered due to incorrect address! Please help me. I shall be grateful for the help or atleast you can inform me who is the highest authority to whom i should send the complaint.
