dear sir,
I got replace of sim (mobile no [protected]) from vodafone mini store shop no 93, GF, Sushant lok-I(tel no [protected]) but the problem is that I'm not getting network in the mobile for the last three days. Could I Know the exact problem.

I emailed more than ten times regarding my bill of June 2008.But I have noit received the response form them.
Actuallly the story is as below:
The recently email sent to them is as below:
Hi,

Again I am telling you that Read My Message Carefully Then Reply Me.Dont waste my time.I am not free to write message to you .I want solution at the earliest.

I already told you that I got SMS on 17.06.2008 which already shown to your vodafone store and snapshot also sent to you fro your ready referecne.Tell me who will resposible for the payment...?

One suggestion from me that change your slogan to SORRY TO HELP YOU instead of HAPPY TO HELP YOU.

I sent more than ten message to clarify my query but till today I havent received the solution from your side.

Can you compansate the delay occured from your side ? If a delay occur by customer then you have right to discontinue the servces now you are doing delay what will be the PENALTY?

I want my communication done with your represntative regarding Rs.1 STD all india by deducting Rs.31 on around 20 to 24 June.I am sure enough that I have raised a request but I have not SR number.So calculate my bill considering Rs.1/min in all India I dont want again mistake.

I am also sure that you are misguiding the customer becoz you dot have enough record also.I aleady sent snapshot of your SMS which is not in your record.So how can you resolve or satisfy the customer to solve the problem?tell me ..Justify??????

This is again I am asking you that I want some higher authority number(details)so that I can tell about the services provided and the mistakes done by your side and you are not listening to any customer.You are not satisfying the customer.

One more thing that I called your office today twice[protected] but no reponse I get.They are telling to call me on Monday.Who will suffer by listeing this type of answer?If you are not understand the customer problem then how can you provide the services?Clarify...
If I am not paying money any how till due date, can you stay for one more day to wait ?...say answer...I know its NO...you will apply penalty immediately...

I want my adjustment (payment) back immediately.I dont want it in next bill.

Waiting for your reply as soon as possible ..otherwise I would be forced to go consumer forum...
