Jabong — refund

my name is chockey dorjee. on the[protected] i purchased a few pairs of shoes for a sum of rs 4899 from jabong.com. I made my payment using SBI mobile banking application( ie sbi freedom) which was 100% successfull. After an hour i got a email from jabong saying that due to some technical problem my order could not be placed. i called the customer care right away and explained to them what had happend, they assured me saying that i would get my refund within 3 days. Its been almost a week now, no sign of any refund. i have called the customer care 4 times, im not at all satisfied with the response i get from them, some of them dont know what is "mobile payments" every time i tell them i had made my payment through mobile banking application they think made pay using debit, credit, or net banking.

i would kindly request the concerned officials at jabong to look into my matter seriously and refund my money as soon as possible. people in arunachal are not convinced when it comes to online shopping, this matter if not solved would further make us not believe in online shopping anymore. im also attaching a copy of my mini statement from the bank.

There is a huge communication gap between JAVAS and JABONG customer care, I have an ordered with five items, four items couriered through the BLUE DART which was delivered before time perfectly and one product delivered by JAVAS which took too much time to delivered (even i place request for
cancellation because i was shifting from Mumbai to Pune) ok that's not a problem but that product is delivered flat no 503 instead of 603.
Another fault that is flat no 503 was locked but courier person hanged that product on the door who did not need a receiver receipt.
Thank god that was my small amount product otherwise Jabong can also deliver product at wrong address.
If you want some privacy and froud dont go with Jabong
I am not looking for refund but the question is how courier boy can deliver my product to the wrong address without any receiver, courier boy just hang on the door on the door

I received sms and mail that refund processed successfully...but still now it is not reflected into my bank account ...cc says that they dont have more information about this and they will call me after 48 hrs but...no one call me...they are all fraud guys plz do not shop with jabog...they are looting people ...stole my hardearned money...
They also doesnot provide me The ARN no ...sothat I could track my refund details
