[Resolved] Jabong.com — Non delivery of product, refund after lot of effort, no compensation, false promises | |||
I purchased a shirt from www.jabong.com (http://www.jabong.com) on[protected] with Order No: [protected]. Later when my order was in transit, I was informed that the order address is in “restricted area”. NOTE: I live in a normal locality and not in Pakistan! According to the shipping policy of the website, the order should have been delivered to me within 2-5 (two to five) business days. However it was never delivered and I was repeatedly given false promises by the website’s representatives. After lot of efforts, I only received refund of the order amount. No compensation or interest on my money was paid to me. The website tried to turn away by giving out promotional vouchers (offered to everyone who joins newly) which would have required me to make a big purchase on the website to utilize them. Now, I am planning to file a consumer complaint against them. Was this information helpful? | |||

There hasbeen an issue with jabong. I understand that there is a heavy back log due to festive season. but i trusted jabong and placed the order with jabong, even after the fiasco of FLIPKART. Jabong has always fullfilled my expectations and even requests. this scenario that has happened wih me is little upsetting . orders delivery was bit delayed . I do not hold any one responsible for that, but the only issue is that the order was placed for some ocassion, and that ocassion was not met.Now the problem was ayt my family as the occasion was passed and i was unable to make my mother happy. However my email to [protected]@jabong.com solved the issue. They called me and listen to me, and resolved the concern. Placed another order and the new order was delivered before time . All please dro email to the Head of the department of Jabong in case u need to escalate the issue . IT well Help you .
