[Resolved]  Jaiprakash Associates Ltd Fixed Deposit — Non receipt of maturity amount

SUBJECT: Non Repayment of Maturity of Fixed Deposit - INVESTOR CODE - 1137327

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that I have not received my Fixed Deposit amount after it's maturity. I am a Senior Citizen, aged 80 plus, and inspite of my coming down to meet the broker, (Broker Code[protected] and calling the Head Office in Delhi, nothing has been actioned till now, 19th December 2014.

What is the use of being a Senior citizen and investing with JaiPrakash Associates if there is no one to hear out and solve the issues.

It is my humble request to process and clear my payments at the earliest as I am in urgent need of money for my Medical treatments.

I am writing this e-mail to you to give a serious glance on the problem I am facing from past more than two months. I have invested an amount of Rs 20000/- in a fixed deposit with J.P.Associates with a receipt no. of 00316203 and an investor code of 1190476. The due date of the Fixed deposit was 25th Nov 2014. After repeated phone calls to their call centre I have only got wrong commitments on the dates of receiving the amount.


I sincerely request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest as I am in a need of funds.

I too have similarly story. I invested INR 200000 in Dec 2012 and term has been completed in Dec 2014. I am still waiting to repayment.

I am also on the same boat. Invested Rs.41000/- on Sep 2012 and matured on Sep 2014. My FDR: 43624. Until today May 2015, no communication on when these guys will pay back the amount. And also NO communication or steps from the agent- Bajaj Capital. Please let me know what to do NEXT. Is CLB the only option or any legal complaints or proceedings? Please advice.

I had invested in the FDRs issues by Jaiprakash Associates and Jaypee Infratech company. The FDR details are as below.

FDR number is 00340315 and maturity date is 16.04.2015 for Jaiprakash Associates FDR
FDR Number is 29942 and maturity date is 05.05.2015 for Jaypee FDR.


I did follow up with them for many times; however, i haven't received their response as well as maturity amount.

Please support to get maturity amount.
