[Resolved]  Jaquar Bathroom Fittings — Low Quality

This is to complain about Jaquar products and their support team. I bought a complete set of Bathroom fittings some 4 years ago and started facing problems with a few of the items later on. Registered a Complaint with their support and got support in form of a plumber visiting us who temporarily fixed the issue. Later on the same problem surfaced up again. This time when I talked to their support, they said we will have to purchase the part as it needs to be replaced. When I talked to their dealer about the warranty, he said that the parts under question were not covered under warranty and those were the costliest part (the body). Would recommend the readers to think twice and checkout with the dealer about the warranty coverage before going for Jaquar Products.

I was really very impressed by the personal care taken by MR RANA of Kolkatta branch.I was initially reluctant 2 use shower fittings etc for my three bathrooms but he convinced me... next gave some discounts so that it suited my budget and finally took real pains to see that we were happy ..he is really an asset for the co.wish him all the best and i want to thank him from bottom of my heart...Deepak agarwal ...

I bought jaquar complete batroom fittings at jamshedpur, i bought this fitting keeping in mind that i will get good service, but sorry to say that service level is worst.I am facing problem from last one week and no one is giving response whenever i am calling jamshedpur service center they are assuring me by tomorrow it will be repaired, but that day still not yet come.Some times thay are telling iam on leave you talk to some other person.Another person is telling its raining today so service engineer will not go.
I personally recommed not go for jaquar products, i am also thinking for change.

I want to know how to clean the jaguar taps. We have salt water and after having bath water drops on the tap which is not going off. Do let me know how to maintian it.

Despite being a well know brand in India, your after sales service is TOTALLY PATHETIC. Seems to me that sinc you have already created a name and market for your brand, you are least bothered about the after sales complaints.

i had purchased a jaquar health tap an year back. but the knob of the tap is broken. please replace the tap or repair the tap accordingly
I bought a mixer from Jaguar and started facing problems. I called up the shop and they registered a complaint. A serviceman arrived after a few days. After spending an hour or so he told we will need to replace a part of the mixer. He told in such ignorant manner whenever he has that replacement part he will contact me.
It is absurd. Now I think I made a biggest mistake by going for Jaguar. First is their products are stylish but not durable. Second, if their products are faulty they are not gonna fix it.

I lodged a complaint on 6th April 13 with customer care. Subsequently, calling customer care daily 3 times.. Till date (15/04/13) no one attended the complaint. Very poor service.
I have recently purchased jaguar fittings for my new home around 1 month back
Kitchen sink cock is not working and the water is overflowing
I asked for the warranty of the product
But the jaguar person who visited my place told me that ceramic disc inside the tap is broken and it will be replaced at a cost .
I dnt understand.why I have to pay when it is under warranty
And I have paid three times the cost of similar product available in the market just for the sake of brand and I have not broken that intentionally it is defective product so it has broken within short time
I need the product replaced
jaquar service is very very poor my comlaint no. 209532 lodged on 18/05/13 is not attended till now. Response of jaquar is very poor. Jaquar is charging very high price of their tap, their quality should be excellent, tap purchased in Feb'13 is not working.

If this is the type of service, i will never recomend for buying jaquar tap. Service highy doubtful.
I have purchased Jaguar bathroom fittings for my newly renovated bathrooms on 08 May 2013. Earlier also I had an extremely frustrating experience with the service of Jaguar products. Again I am facing similar frustrating experience with the service of Jaguar. I am explaining my experience this time below :

I complained on 16 Aug 2013 about the WC cistern Model No. CNS-WHT-WS11. The problem is that the push buttons for flushing are so hard that it requires an unusually heavy pressure to operate it. I had complained to your call centre on 16 Aug. 2013 with complaint number 358235. A mechanic named Kanhaiya was sent the same day. This was the first time that I met a mechanic from Jaguar who seems to know his work well. He diagnosed the fault as the lid of the cistern which has been supplied to me belongs to a different model of cistern which is causing mis-alignment and hence this extraordinary pressure is required. He took the photograph of my installation on his mobile and promised to revert back to me with a replacement lid shortly. I had not signed on his work order as customer as the job was incomplete. After that when I was not receiving any response from Jaguar, I again contacted the call centre on 22 Aug. 2013. I referred to the earlier pending complaint No. and said that the job is yet to be completed. I was given a fresh complaint number 367954 and was told that this will now be attended to on an urgent basis.

On 03 Sept. two mechanics came and took measurements of all the sub-parts and went. I then received a phone from the company saying that they are convinced that the system was defective and will be replaced. But after that they have fallen silent.

I am feeling absolutely frustrated.

Can anyone suggest which brand is better except Jaquar (After Sale- Service and Build Quality)
I bought a solo sink cock before 4 months cost me around 1800 INR/-, , , within four months i have changed the knob Thrice, Its not a brass metal, Its purely 3rd class quality zinc material, ... The price you are charging is not worth for product ... Its a clear hiding the truth, Only the brand name is there, there is no quality ...
