[Resolved]  Jashn Sarees — DEFECTIVE SAREE

I purchased a saree from Oberoi Mall outlet of Jashn. The saree is white with black polka dots and black big flower prints. After few days when I was wearing - I realised that the black big prints have left mark on all over the saree and the saree gives looks of patches all over- when I took the saree back to the stores they tried to suggest that it is the design - from No corner it is a design - Its a fallout of wrong material of paint used on the saree which has got smugged all oer - the store has refused to change the saree- we have left the saree in their stores- WHERE CAN I COMPLAINT LEGALLY AND ANY BODY CAM GIVE ME EMAIL ID/PHONE NO OF THE OFFICIALS AT JASHN WHOM I CAN CONTACT AND COMPLAIN.
