[Resolved]  Jaypee Aman — Biggest fraud by Jaypee for Aman Allotment

BEWARE DEAR CUSTOMERS!! JAYPEE IS FRAUD COMPANY...THEY ARE LIKE TRIVENI. PLEASE DO NOT GET TRAPPED IN THEIR MOTIVE TO SELL KOSMOS TO AMAN CUSTOMERS. JAYPEE WILL CHEAT YOU AGAIN.

I WILL URGE ALL GOVERNMENT AND LAW BODIES TO ACT AGAINST JAYPEE IMMEDIATELY.
AUTHORITIES MUST STOP JAYPEE'S ALL UNAUTHORIZED PROJECTS. HOW COME JAYPEE IS SELLING PROJECTS AT PRE-LAUNCH STAGE??

JAYPEE AND ITS DEALER NETWORK HAS ENJOYED PUBLIC MONEY WORTH SERVERAL HUNDREDS CRORES COLLECTED FROM JAYPEE AMAN BOOKINGS, THEN THEY CONDUCTED DRAW OF LOTS (COMPLETELY ILLEGAL PROCESS). THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GIVE ALLOTMENTS BASED ON FIRST CUM FIRST SERVE BASIS BUT TWO MONTHS LATER, THEY HAVE DONE DRAW OF LOTS ON 21ST JULY AND STILL THEY HAVE NOT PUBLISHED THE LIST OF SUCCESFUL APPLICANTS, OUTCOME OF THEIR ILLEGAL DRAW OF LOTS PROCESS.

DEAR CBI/ POLICE/ CM/ COURT/ NOIDA AUTHORITY - PLEASE ACT AGAINST JAYPEE IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS. JAYPEE THINKS THAT THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW. PLEASE PROTECT INNOCENT CUSTOMERS.

I am agree with views of Mr. Alind, Mrs. Dixit is the main ring master of the episode & Manu Gosami, Thaper, Neha, Apurva, Kaul, Gaur etc. are the dogs around her. They all are earning money through brokers. Just visit the JP office for booking of flat and you will find that all the men/women in blue with JP Green monogram are working for brokers. Top management is aware of it buttheir eyes are closed because they believe in 'BURA MAT DEKHO''.
I along with other three colleagues booked the flat @ Rs.2100/--with confirm booking by the broker on 26/5/2009 He gave a refund cheque of discount for Rs. 53, 000/- asking us to pay 30% of the BSP by 30/9/2009 Later in the records in place of my name the name of the broker has been entered wrongly.
All earlier bookings which were at lower rates have been resold on premiums by the brokers and the Builder without our consent and knowledge.Hence it is a fraud. Crores of Rupees have been earned by the builder and the broker through this premium sale.
All are requested to expose this fraud though media too.
It is pre planned fraud. All are requested to expose it through media channels. CBI must investigate it as it is publicfraud by one of the big business house. It is fraud involving crores of rupees. It is another gimmick to trap the buyers in Project Kosmos. No prject of Jay Pee shall complete in time, it seems. They have proved total unethical, unfair, dishonest and fraudulent.. Rate of AMAN Rs.2100/- but rate of Kosmos @2675. It is Rs.575/ sq ft higher.
Total cost of Flat in Aman Rs.21, 00, 000 but in Kosmos 30, 00, 000 i.e Rs. 9, 00, 000 higher. Beware donot fall in their trap take the refund and expose this fraud
I don't know if I should congratulate those who have got allotment. This is considering KOSMOS construction has started before AMAN's (as per a broker there). Please correct me if I am wrong.
I have booked 2BHK at Kosmos. The broker has just taken a cheque from me. He said you have been alotted a flat and gave me a flat number and tower number. I did not got any receipt from Jaypee. Broker is stating that i will get a printed application form. Is there any way i can check if the flat is booked under my name.
i also booked a flat in JP aman and was deceived like others. jaypee conspired with brokers in hoodwinking public at large. jaypee didnot directly call for applications or accept any form directly. the intermediaries, in the name of jaypee, accepted the application for provisional allotment by jaypee on a first cum first serve basis. in fact, i was told by my broker that the last date for receipt of application was 26th may. however on 27th may jaypee extended the date for receipt of application by another four days because of great public demand. i agree with all that it was a scheme of fraudsters to collect crores of rupees.

i agree with the Hasija's idea that we should collectively try to take a legal action against jaypees but please one must not forget that the ultimate beneficiary will be jaypee because for the duration of legal proceedings our money will remain locked with jaypee. still I would like to confirm that i will be a part of any collective action against jaypees.
THE FACTS MENTIONED BY MR.SUKHDEV AS ABOVE ARE 100% TRUE. CAN SOMEONE SUGGEST WHERE TO GET THIS GREIVANCE SETTLED AS THE COMPANY IS YET TO ACT JUSTIFIABLY AND IS RETRACTING FROM IT'S HONOURABLE OBLIGATION.

IN THIS AGE OF COMPUTERISATION WHERE MONEY FROM US/UK/AUS CAN BE TRANSFERRED IN MERE MINUTES JAYPEE COULD NOT ISSUE RECEIPTS OF BOOKING AMOUNT TILL DATE NOR HAVE BOTHERED TO INITIATE THE REFUND OF DIS-INTERESTED FLAT-BOOKERS.

JAYPEE GROUP WAS HARD PRESSED FOR CASH OWING TO REDEMPTION OBLIGATION OF SOME FCCBs, WHICH IS WHY THEY HAVE PLACED AS QIP 10% (2CRORE) OF THEIR TREASURY SHARES (FAMILY JEWELS) TO NOMURA FIN, JAPAN. THIS BOOKING FRAUD OF AMAN ALSO ADDED TO THEIR KITTY BY 110-125 CRORES W/OUT ANY OUTGO OF INTEREST.
THEIR FINANCIAL OBLIGATION MADE EASY BY US INNOCENT'S HARD EARNED MONEY.
TO SAVE THEIR CREDIBILITY IN THE FINANCIAL MARKETS THEY HAVE MISUSED THE FUNDS OF LESSOR MORTALS.
MR.MANOJ GAUR NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE BAD PUBLICITY OF THIS FRAUD WILL LEAD TO DOOM, HIS COLLUSION WITH THE LOCAL STATE GOVT. AUTHORITIES JUST GIVES HIS GROUP UNDUE PROTECTION, BUT IN THE LONG RUN THESE EPISODES WILL LEAD TO THEIR RUIN.

THERE IS A WAY:
NOW TO CLEAR THEIR REPUTATION THEY SHOULD ALLOT ALL THE SUBSCRIBERS FLATS AS WAS ASSURED AT AMAN ITSELF, AS 70 ACRES OF LAND IS QUITE ENOUGH TO ACCOMODATE ALL LEGITIMATE BOOKINGS, IF PEOPLE HAVE SEEN THE LAY-OUT, THE LAND HAS BEEN UTILISED TO A VERY LESS EXTENT FOR THE FLAT-TOWERS.
1.THE LAND EARMARKED FOR PLOTS (IN THE 4 CORNERS BEYOND THE TOWERS) IN THE MASTER PLAN BE ALTERED TO FIT IN EXTRA FLAT-TOWERS THUS ALL BOOKINGS CAN BE ACCOMODATED.
2.I ALSO KNOW THAT MANY PERSONS HAVE BOOKED MULTIPLE FLATS, THESE TYPES OF BOOKINGS WHICH ARE PURELY SPECULATIVE SHOULD BE CANCELLED THUS PAVING WAY FOR ACTUAL END-USERS.

APPEAL TO MR.MANOJ GAUR:
YOU HAVE MADE GOOD YOUR FINANCIAL OBLIGATION TOWARDS FCCBs NOW LET JAYPEE GROUP NOT MAKE FOOL OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE PUT THEIR FAITH, MONEY AND FUTURE PLANNING ACCORDING TO THIS PROJECT. THE CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS WILL CAUSE ACTUAL FLAT USERS DELAY IN THE PROCESS OF FRESH CHOICE THEN BOOKING AND PROCUREMENT OF FLAT.THE COST IS ESCALATING TOO.
YOUR THINK-TANK IS SMART ENOUGH THEY CAN IMPROVISE ON THE 2 SUGGESTIONS GIVEN BY ME AS ABOVE AND REDRESS THE GREIVANCE OF SMALL PEOPLE LIKE US

I am in the process to lodge a Case as I have destroyed my golden time and opportunity to invest my money somewhere else as I was already confirmed and invested my amount in Jaypee. So my damage claim is not only Interest of my money. I hope you are able to understand my point. If any one interested let me know to join our hand against Jaypee.
Finaly I have got a call from jaypee this time they are cooprating me in my case they have missed my cheque to process in jaypee aman draw process now they have commited their mistake and fully cooprating me i am thankfull to Mr Apurve Gaur he have helped me alot and called me in jaypee office and listen my problems and he is resolving my problem if Jaypee have this type of honest officer then this company will always grow i am beleaving on apurve gaur commitment and taking my complain back

Jaypee group is backing out from the business norms and commitment. First they created a rush in flat bookings, but once we paid the booking amounts they just vanished. Suddenly they sent a letter stating the flats were overbooked and they need to take out a draw. I am sure they have retained the flats and would sell them through retail network to gain more money.

This is not a fair business practice. Their dealers are calling and are willing to get the flats for an extra Rs100 per sq ft.

Jaypee group is fraud.
Are there some updates on this? Is allottment done now?

There is no regulatory body it seems, to help the customers who have been duped. First, I was told by the dealer 'allcheckdeals' that it is 100% sure allotment, if you apply today. Then, for long time, I was told that the application is in process, the check was not encashed. If it gets encashed, Jaypee are obliged to give you the allotment. I checked with Jaypee, I was told that your application was not put up. When the check got debitted, it became a lottery. The result as published on internet, told me that I'm in the waiting list. When I opted out to get my money back on 10/Aug/09, money has not been refunded yet. It is almost a month. The dealer does not give a proper answer, other than it is in the process.
I believe that's the problem with our system. I'm planning to go to the consumer court now, as I don't see my money yet.
PEOPLE SHOULD KEEP AWAY FROM FRAUDULENT DEALERS LIKE allcheckdeals.com AND BUILDERS LIKE JAYPEE. ALL THERE LAND DEALS SHOULD BE CANCELLED BY NOIDA AUTHORITY.

I have just booked a 2BHK flat in Jaypee Kosmos @ 2675/- (upfront 10% discount) thru their so-called underwriters Rennaissance Realty. I have given them a PDC dated 27th September. I got a call today from my banker that there is an article in Hindustan (hindi paper) about a pending high court case against Jaypee. Please suggest:

- Should i stop payment of my booking amount?
- If anybody knows about the article (date and link) please send me that

JP, Unitech are playing with people money by pre-launching. What Unitech did to me I can understand. Unitech employees have different word of mouth.
I also invested in Jaypee Garden court in Dec-08 and paid Rs. 25 lacs in advance but later they cancelled the project. By putting lot of pressures, I could get my money back which initially they refused to pay. They were asking me to invest in their any other project but I refused. Now I can say for sure that JAYPEE group is a cheater and no one should invest in any of this company project.
i Am also seeing the same. In 3 days all flat are sold - this was told. Now every 2nd day one flat or other is up to buy.
One co, is building other is selling. this is a triiangle or trap.!!!
