I booked a flat at Jaypee Aman tower N24, flat no 401, sector 151 Noida. I booked this flat from broker Monica Verma who is a fraud and a complete time'waster. She assured me that i will get the flat ASAP. She asked me to give a token money as quickly as possible and i did the transaction online. Once she got the token money, she stopped picking up my phone, my wife's phone. She started ignoring our calls. One day we scheduled a meeting but when i travelled all the way from South Delhi to her office, she told me that she is not in the office. Even though she has confirmed the timing in the morning when we can meet. After so many follow ups which was really difficult to connect with Monica Verma, she said owner is not in India and she is unable to connect with them. I clearly asked Monica if she thinks deal might get cancelled and if buyer has any intention to cancel the deal or increase the prices, kindly let me know now so that i won't be planning to shift in Jaypee because I have to make 100+ arrangements before I relocate to Jaypee as i have two small daughters, old mother, working wife. Monica told me there is no if
and but in the deal and you can take a house in rent and shift. It will take 3 months to get your house so in the mean while shif in rented apartment. I asked Monica for everything if i can get my kids admission in Noida, give a notice period to my current land lord and she said yes do it. My wife left a job since it was difficult for her to travel 50 kms every day. When we told Monica that please do something with the deal quickly as my wife left her job, Monica said yes she is trying and as a matter of wife's job, she will get a job Here since she will get many opportunities here. Monica didn't have any regret for the fraud she was doing.
And here the story starts: a day prior to my relocating to Jaypee when everything was done( kids TC was taken from the school, notice period is over in my current house, mover packers were coming next day at 7am) and i got a call from Monica Verma saying buyer has increased the rate and now it's up to you if you can buy the house or not. Monica said owner has increased 4.5 lakhs from the initial price. Now I didn't have the option since I have planned everything and i was compelled to move to Jaypee. When i met with Monica she said buyer is not agreed with less than 39 so if you want, you can go with 39 Lakhs. Monica refused to accept the deal amount that we had initially even I have a complete breakdown of the deal amount which Monica has provided me which reflects the final deal amount, I have a receipt of token amount, I have made online to Monica, I have a whatsapp chat with the entire conversation about the deal, my follow ups, her response etc. When I had a conversation with Monica, she said it's not her fault and was arguing unnecessarily.
I wasted 3.5 month's and during these months pricing has been increased .if Monica has been told me in 10 days after i gave token money, i would have been searched somewhere else with less than current prices and no mental disturbance and trauma and i won't have wasted 60k which i spent because of her false commitments but Monica didn't do that.
I was well settled in South Delhi where I was staying and due to her false promises, i spent almost 60k for relocation, kids admission in new school, expensive house in rent etc. Apart from this, my family and kids are going through a huge mental trauma. Is there a way you can help or take some strict action against Monica Verma so that she won't do the same thing with others? Please do something and take some strict action

The swimming pool was opened a week ago in this society, but the tenants are refused to use the swimming pool which is one of the amenities in most societies. The owners and the society itself are discriminating the tenants over the usage of society amenities. I don't understand what is the reason left for giving the maintenance to this downclass society.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a apartment at Jaypee Aman, Noida and as per the agreement on the down payment option I was supposed to get 14% discount. But after the booking the builder is giving 10% discount.

I have been following up with them for last 45 days. Though people are assuring to address my request and change it but no action is being taken at their end.

Is there any way, you can help me in this matter ?

There is no regulatory body it seems, to help the customers who have been duped. First, I was told by the dealer 'allcheckdeals' that it is 100% sure allotment, if you apply today. Then, for long time, I was told that the application is in process, the check was not encashed. If it gets encashed, Jaypee are obliged to give you the allotment. I checked with Jaypee, I was told that your application was not put up. When the check got debitted, it became a lottery. The result as published on internet, told me that I'm in the waiting list. When I opted out to get my money back on 10/Aug/09, money has not been refunded yet. It is almost a month. The dealer does not give a proper answer, other than it is in the process.
PEOPLE SHOULD KEEP AWAY FROM FRAUDULENT DEALERS LIKE allcheckdeals.com AND BUILDERS LIKE JAYPEE. ALL THEIR LAND DEALS SHOULD BE CANCELLED BY NOIDA AUTHORITY.
Could you please advise me on what legal action should I take against JayPee and allcheckdeals, or help me taking up this case.

BEWARE DEAR CUSTOMERS!! JAYPEE IS FRAUD COMPANY...THEY ARE LIKE TRIVENI. PLEASE DO NOT GET TRAPPED IN THEIR MOTIVE TO SELL KOSMOS TO AMAN CUSTOMERS. JAYPEE WILL CHEAT YOU AGAIN.

I WILL URGE ALL GOVERNMENT AND LAW BODIES TO ACT AGAINST JAYPEE IMMEDIATELY.
AUTHORITIES MUST STOP JAYPEE'S ALL UNAUTHORIZED PROJECTS. HOW COME JAYPEE IS SELLING PROJECTS AT PRE-LAUNCH STAGE??

JAYPEE AND ITS DEALER NETWORK...

I have booked flat in jaypee aman on noida expressway at the time of bookin there was no terms as such that they give the allotments of flats on lottery systems. Two days back i got a msg from jaypee that they have over subscribe the no. of bookings are more then the apartments available now they allot the flats on lottery basis i really feel cheated on this, they have used crores of rs of booking amount for over a month now they'll take another month or may be more to return the advance money. can someone suggest how to tackle this?
