hai, i did travel 16 may 2012 ,21.30 . very very worst dealings cochin interaninational air port jet airways staff joyson vl. and his subordinates.he threatning and unnecessary talking to me.a lot difficulty suffering ur staff side. he did lost my ticket, visa copy and visa message copy.my no.0096894226688, my email anish.surendan20@yahoo.in
