[Resolved]  Jet Airways — Bad experience while travelling with Jet Airways

Hi,

My name is Vishal Bishnoi working as AM – HR with a multinational company Intelliswift Inc in Pune, writing you to let you know my pain today ((12th of August) when I was travelling with your Jet Airways Flight Number 9W795.

I had a very bad experience with Jet Airways and sharing with you and all my friends/Colleague on Facebook, Twitter and other networking sites that how responsible Jet Airways for their customer’s .

Today I reached on Delhi T3 around 1.15 PM IST as my flight was schedule at 1.55 PM, my mistake to check my details and boarding pass from ticketing counter. Jet Airways executive says that you are late for 5 minutes and we are closed for now. You have to buy a new ticket for next flight schedule at 4.30 PM, if you wish to go to Pune and price per ticked is Rs. 6300 each.

I requested them as due to traffic we are late for 5 minutes but he was not interested to talk to me anymore. We think it’s over and planning to buy a new ticket. I was checking the price on other counter’s as well, I got the message around 1.44 PM that your flight has been delayed and new departure time is 2.20 PM.

I was happy to know that because I am before the time now, again checked with another person from ticketing counter itself (Sardarji sitting there), he was honest and said sir please go to C counter, only they will help you in this case. Now reached on C counter they said your flight booking has been cancelled on your request form ticketing counter, I was surprised to know that and asked ma’am tell me if I need to cancel my ticket why come to Airport and fight with you guys, looks funny rite. she said can’t help you as your booking cancelled from ticketing counter.

Now on ticketing counter with same Sardarji, I requested to give me in return that I have requested you guys to cancelled my ticket or why you guys cancelled my tickets without my permission……he checked in the system and accepted that ticked cancelled by his colleague and admit that it’s their mistake and provide me a new booking letter and request me to go to C counter for check-in for the same flight around 2.10 PM. At last I got the boarding pass for the same flight and reached Pune.

I have to share this wonderful experience with you all as costumer is not important money is important for Jet Airways.
This is my humble request to all my friends and colleague not to fly with Jet Airways or make sure you have enough money in your packet to buy a new ticket if you are late for 5-10 minutes as they are not responsible at all and no value for their customers.

Jet Airways — Horrible Experience

Hi,
I am writing this email to inform about the inconvenience I had to face while travelling from Mumbai (India) to OR Tambo Johannesburg (South Africa) by flight 9w-242 on 16 July 2011.I reached airport at 23:30 in night on 15 July 2011. When I checked In, I was informed that the flight has been delayed by 8hours. I was sitting there at airport for pretty long time for some update. After 2 to 3 hours I was informed that, I need to move to Hotel. It was total mental torture for me as well as physical exertion. I reached airport during late night and I had to report back again at Mumbai airport by 7am.That night was very tiring for me. As I was travelling all alone, it became very tough for me. When I reached OR Tambo airport, I could not find my luggage. Next day I got call from Airport that someone else had taken my luggage. I had to go airport to collect the luggage. They told me that luggage cannot be delivered to me as someone else had taken my luggage. Even though it was not my fault, I had to go to airport and pick my luggage.
I am not at all happy with the service given by Jet Airways during this trip. I was mentally and physically harassed during this time.

I don’t know how my time loss and harassment done to me can be compensated.
