Hi,

This is regarding the credit failure of the failed transaction of one of my ticket from Kolkata to Raipur, journey date 18-08-2012.

I rescheduled three of my tickets, current journey date 18-08-2012, e-ticket nos - 7052163084021,7052163084022, 7052163084030.

The rescheduling charges 1104 have been issued 4 times instead of 3 times, also the lady officer confirmed me that that the 4th transaction has been reverted and it will credit back to my account.

But it is shame that the reverted amount is still not credited to my account.

Please investigate upon the same, credit the reverted amount and acknowledge me the same.
