Jet Airways — Damaged Bag

Dear Sir ,

I was travelling from Bangalore to Ahmedabad via Jet Airways. When i received my Bag at Ahmedabad Airport., my Bag was completetely damaged
At Ahmedabad Airport i complained to one of Jetairways rep. and Property irregularity report was given to me.

My complain Number is - AMD9W11763.

Vendor collected my Bag when i came back to bangalore ( Indian Mart ) in the month of March only but till now i have not got replacement of my Bag.

May i request you to help me on this.
