[Resolved]  Jet Airways — non receipt of online ticket

sir, on 12th dec 2012 at around 19.15 pm i have booked an online domestic ticket for 13th Dec 2012 flight from mumbai to nagpur for 11.15 am by Jet Airways for one Dr Bhaskar Ramrao Kate. My credit card account got debited for Rs 4591. but thereafter I got the message on my computer screen that there is an error in ticketing by the jetairways.I did not get any PNR or any ticket information.The airline helpline keeps me on hold for 30 minutes on 2 occassions and the executives are not able to help me even after the long hold. I would be highly obliged for the help i receive in the matter. my e mail address is [protected]@yahoo.com
