Jet Airways — NON REFUND OF FAILED BOOKING

Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that I had booked air ticket from Jet airways by net from Pune to Delhi for 12 May 2012.The first time I booked using my ICICI Bank credit card but there was a temporary block and ticket was not generated.The second time I booked from net banking and I got the ticket.To my horror, I have been charged both times an amount of Rs 5693 eachtime.I spoke to your helpdesk at Mumbai and procured the PNR of the failed booking also.The details are as follows:-
