[Resolved] Jet Airways — Bad Service and False Guarantees | |||
Anyone who is thinking o[censored]sing Jet Airways - Don't !!! For the last four months I have been having a constant headache trying to deal with them. Every email I write asking questions or for a response takes forever to get replied to with the same answer "just bear with us" !!! I have never in my life had to deal with such bad customer service. I recently went to the JAIPUR office to change some of my flights. I got there and they took a while to try and do what I had requested and then they told me to come back the next day because they wanted to close up. I went back and they told me in order to change the order of my flights I would have to cancel one leg of my trip. I however was guaranteed and absolute FULL refund of the ticket. I only cancelled that leg of the trip because of the guarantee of a Full ticket refund. Now a month later they are refusing to pay me out. They have emailed my agent in Johannesburg full of lies and wrong accusations - saying I was complaining all the time when I actually sat quietly playing on my blackberry for 2hrs! They also claimed that I didn't know what I wanted so thats why I had to come back the next day... again a lie. They also claimed to tell me that I agreed I didn't want a refund! Just so dishonest and almost embarrassing that they can do this. And again.... the emails I have sent and endless feedback forms seem to continue without resolve. Will NEVER book a ticket through them again. Waste of time, money and effort. Was this information helpful? | |||
