JetKonnect — mishandling of baggage

I was travelling from Ahmedabad to Bangalore on 11th May 2013 in Jet Konnect flight S24851 when I went to collect my luggage I found one of my suitcase strolly wheels were totally broken because of that I had to face so many difficulties to carry the luggage.

When I complained,they said that at Bangalore, but they took our contact number and told us that they will call us back and will help us regarding the same issue but I have not received any call from them I don't know whom to report the complain regarding the same.

I dont know what to do.
