[Resolved]  Jharkhand State Electricity Board — failure of regular power supply

This is to bring to your notice the incapability of the electricity supply board to provide basic ( forget regular) supply of electricity. We live in S.n. ganguli road, ranchi. The power cuts have been very frequent in the last month. Every time we call the authorised people for a an answer there is a new excuse ready eg. Thundering, rains, 33kva problem, grid failure etc... half of which we don't even understand. All we know is that we dont get power supply for more than 8-10 hrs a day all in bits and pieces .the last I have been told is that our supply comes from Hatia grid which comes in lightening zone. What I don't understand is that either with today's technology isn't there a solution to this or can't the supply be distributed to various other grids if hatia grid is incapable! I HOPE TO GET SOME ANSWER AND SOME RELIEF FROM THIS PROBLEM
