[Resolved]  Jk Tyres — POOR QUALITY OF TYRES

i have purchased a fiat punto in bhubaneswar and this car comes with factory fitted jk tyres i have 65oo kms run on this car and 3 tyres of my car became deshaped and my car started wobbling and vibrations, i have gone for balancing the tyre and they told that all 3 tyres are manufacturing defect.when i have gone to jk dealers they have told that they will send the tyres to jk company and the tyres will be checked by their service engineers then they will take further actions.and the whole process will take around 1 months or more god knows...

i am using ashok lelyned tipper and are fitted with j.k tyres.two tyres are blast by air taken. both are new tyres.tyres no.-(k[protected], v[protected]
both tyres are poor quality.my bussinessis hampered by jk tyres. iam socked by showing both tyres.i am not a reach man so i am stopped my car. therefore i beg to you please replacement of both tyres.

Today one of the original tyres of my SX4 suddenly got divided into two while on move. The side panel of tyre came out of no where. My car has just run 17800km and all tyres are still in good condition and can't understand how this can happen and can only assume that it can be due to some manufacturing defect. Please get this checked and refund me the cost of new tyre I had to install. Also the new tyre purchased from your authorised dealer in Noida doesn't contain a serial number and feel it may not be genuine one. Can someone verify that and if it is not genuine please ask that dealer to change it.
Hope someone from JK tyre will respond to my complain asap.

jk tyres are the worst tyres . i have replaced all five tyres of my car hyundai santro. only after driving 100 km, 1 of the tube got damaged, i have given complaint to the company but till date nor the dealer or from company i have got any responce. i request everybody not to take jk tyres.

I think we all owners of MARUTI WAGON R, with JK TYRE issues; we should raise voice and reach company.

I am having issues with the tyre since ~22000km.
and company personnel is asking me to replace tyres at my own cost. This is very bad.
If we need to change tires at 20-40k km, what is the use of new car or where is the warranty?

Is there any other alternative we have?

Consumer court and filing case against the company may not solve our loss OR issues.

Do any one have any better call?

My Ritz VXi (2010) came with JK Tyre Tonado, run 40, 000 km without much of problems, eventhough the tyres were too harder and ride was not comfortable with 33 psi (recommended) pressure. But after that driving discomfort started, tyres started bulging and losing shape. Since the threads were not worn out in appearance, I continued to use them. But one day, at very odd hours, the driver side front tyre burst, that led to a minor accident, very fortunately, only minor one. Then there after in a gap of another 150km two more tyres failed, the surface rubber came out in sheets exposing the steel wires. Eventhen 3/4th of the threads were in good shape ! I replaced all with Bridgestone B290 and feel ride is much softer. Advice: Do not try to extract the till the last thread with JK- Tornado. Replace immediately if wobbling is felt. I have seen many tyres with egg shell finish -may be possible with some other brand tyres-but not definitely with JK-Tornado
