[Resolved]  js institute of banking and finance — NO RESPONSE OVER BANKING GUIDE BOOK ORDERED IN FEB 2012

NON RECEIPT OF the "BANKING GUIDE" book.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had ordered the BANKING GUIDE book by Mr.G.S,Subramanian from JS INSTITUTE of Banking and Finance bangalore on 21st February 2012. After that, i've sent several mails and reminder mails as well, but haven't got any satisfactory response from the institute. When i called them 1st of all, they said that they will be sending the LATEST edition of the book in April 1st week. I waited for 15 days, but didn't get the book. On calling again, they asked me to verify my credentials, like my name, address, acc no., date of fees deposit etc. But even after that RE-VERIFICATION, i've not got my book. Now when i call them, my calls are not being answered. Its been a 3 MONTH long show of this non-sense, and m still waiting.

The book is of prime importance to me, as my Confirmation Test is only 3 moths away from now..
But till date it is impossible for me to trace the book as I could not gather any information even by visiting the Local post office of my area, and the city as well.

Please look into this matter and help me out in getting my book asap.
