FIRSTLY THERE IS REGULAR RESHUFFLEING OF CONTRACT AND EVERY TIME THEY SAY BALANCE IS FINISHED AND THERE ARE NO LEADS FROM PAST 15-20 DAYS . MORE OVER WHEN REACHED CST DEPT THEY SAY A DIFFERENT STORY AND TELL US THAT LEADS ARE FORWARDED ACCORDINGLY & REGULARLY BUT I DO NOT RECIVE VIA MAIL NOR PHONE .THESE IS VERY SERIOUS CONCERN WHICH HAS TO BE RESOLVED ASAP . LOT OF CST EXECUTIVES HAS BEEN REACHED BY MY COMANY BUT THERE WAS UNFULLFILLING RESPONSES FROMN THE DEPT HEADS AND CST PEOPLE .FOR INSTANCE MY COMPANY TRIED TO REACH MR JANNAT ,MR JACOB,MR VISWA,MR SRINIVAS FROM QUALITY ANALYST ON REGULAR BASIS BUT THEY TRIED TO JUST ASSURE AND CLAMLY LISTENED TO OUR CONCERN BUT THEY WOULD SAY WE WOULD TELL HEAD OF CST THAT OUR COMPANY HAS CALLED AND TELL THE SAME AND THEY WOULD BE REACHING VIA CALL AT EARLIEST AND THEY WOULD TAKE THESE CONCERN VERY EFFECTIVELY & SERIOUSLY BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY NOBUDDY CALLS UP AND AGAIN TRIED TO REACH BUT UNFORTUNATELY NO BUDDY IS READLY AVAILABLE AND THEY SAY HE IS GONE FOR LUNCH /MAKE A CALL BACK FROM THEM .BUT THESE RESPONES LEAD TO NOWHERE . What do u mean by debit by ECS in my account, are they withdrawing from your account then give instructions to stop payment such ECS withdrawal
Just Dial Private Limited — Default on Contract Terms
I had entered into a contract with Just Dial for listing of my services on their website and search engines. During the first year, obviously to get customers they promised everything and even gave it in writing. I have a contract which has Just Dial Guarantee Stamp in writing for the duration of the contract for 1 year.In the subsequent year, when the time for renewal came, they again promised the same deal while increasing the amount. I agreed and that's when the problem started. When I logged in to check the stamp was not there on my listing. After almost a month of calling their call centre and talking to various people, it was put back on after the threat of legal action.
This year when the renewal came, I specifically asked them again for the just dial guarantee stamp and it was confirmed at the time of picking up the cheque.
Once again, the stamp is missing from the listing. I have already called them more than 10 times and have sent them a scanned copy of the contract detailing the written confirmation of Just Dial Guarantee but still no avail.

Thanks for writing back to the forum. As I see your comments, they are dated 4th and 5th of November. As per my conversation with Sharon yesterday 9th December, she confirmed to me that the just dial guarantee stamp was back on the website only on 24th of November. Hence, the resolution you talk about on the 4th and 5th are things I have no idea about as are the telecons you refer to.
Anyway, now that the issue is resolved to my satisfaction I would like to congratulate your team on putting in the hard work to resolve the problem.

I had did a contract with the Just dial pvt ltd. for my business but i was not sattisfied from there service so I cancell the contract but now problem is that they put ECS in my bank account every month so I had give the complaint in there customer care but my problem is yet not solve so what should I do?Please help me.
