This is to reference to mail mentioned below for disconnection of my contract dated[protected].

I was given commitment from your customer service, contact would be disconnected

in 48 hours and there would not be any ESC deducted, i have been following with Abhishek from Mumbai office for disconnection and always informed service would be disconnected in 2 days, however it is still not happened
I have realized today that bill is already generated and ESC would be deducted, i spoke to customer service today, service agent name " Hema" and only thing she knows to says" I am sorry" when i told i want to speak to her supervisor she refused to transfer call mentioning they are busy and can not transfer, a classic example of very poor customer services.what i want you to do if you intend help me Just cancel my contract and do not have direct debit done please let me know in simple term if it can be done Just in " YES" or " NO"
