[Resolved] JustDial.com — Fraudulent debit of charges/EMI post contract completion | |||
I had registered my "Chauffeur service company" Party Smart Drivers, Mumbai with Just Dial last May 2009. They had an easy payment option for 1 year contract to advertise with them. So, I had to pay 3 months advance lumpsum amount and balance 9months would be in EMI. Total Rs 25, 000. Hence the EMI should have stopped in Jan'10. However I am still being debited emi's as I write this complaint in May 2010. They have overcharged me for 4 months, and I only just realised this issue.
