[Resolved]  JustRechargeIt — money taking online site

Attention everyone.
i have had 2 very bad experiences with justrechargeit, and now i feel if the company is a fraud money eating machine or website.
In 2 instances i have tried to recharge my cell from their site and its been unsuccessful, but the money gets debited from my account.
details of both the cases are mentioned below.
they state that in case recharge does not happen due to any case, money is not debited from the account.. and in case the money is debited from the account, it is credited back to the account within 7 to 10 days.
i have recharged on 10th July 2011 (as in case 1 below). today is the 25th of august 2011.
Its 45 days passed.

Recharge Amount : 100.00..

case 2 is just a day old, but as i have not yet got a refund back to my account for case 1, i surely expect my money for case 2 also to disappear.
More over justrechargeit does not even publish a customer care contact phone no on the site so we cant talk to anyone.
i request all who read this to stay away from this fraud website and to be careful while recharging from other sites.
I am going to advertise this message in all consumer sites available on net.

I am Gopinadh, I have recharged my SUN DTH through justrechargeit.com two days back. But till now it's not re-charged more over my money 655 Rupees got diduducted from my account. I have raised a complaint on the same site but now no use as of now.

I strongly believe this is fraud money eating web-site. Don't visit this site for re-charges, Its my advice to all.

I am Sarika, i have recharged my mobile on 3rd september 2011 of amount 220 rs.The transaction got failed and the amount has not been refunded yet. i have been told by CustomerSupport to contact bank(SBI) with refund reference number CCA11ICEM786. While bank is asking to get in touch with service provider as they don't have any information for this refernce number.

Details are as following for the failed transaction:

But nothing has come as yet. Lets take them to the court. Thats the only way to deal with these cheats.

Due to some connectivity issue at the service provider end, the transaction(ML[protected]) was unsuccessful. The problem is resolved now and if you wish to recharge your mobile/DTH/Data card at your convenient time. We also request you to check the recharge value with your service provider before recharging.

Money debited from your account will be refunded, the same shall reflect in your account within 5/7 business working days.
